They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit- good or bad. I have been back on plan for 2 weeks tomorrow and so far I have lost 11 pounds. Thats more than I set out to lose in the first month. What that means is that anything from here until Feb 1st is just bonus. BUT I can not treat it that way. I have to treat every week as a new challenge, and as long as I wake up with 236 on the scale tomorrow like it was this morning, my new challenge for the next week is to see 234.
234 will mean 13 pounds down since being back on track, it will mean 64 pounds down from highest, and it will mean only 39 pounds until I'm back at my lowest weight so far---- that much closer to my birthday goal.
