I weighed in this morning at 239. I made my January goal WAY early, I have set a goal for the winter months. I want to be at 215 on or before March 20th. That is 24 more pounds in another 2 and a half months. To break it down even further, that is about 11 weeks which means a little over 2 pounds a week will put me there- I will do that. No reason not to.
I started on December 30th at 247, I have lost 8 pounds so far. Thats a nice accomplishment. But I won't feel fully satisfied until I am back to my lowest weight so far- 195. That seems so far away right now. I guess its for the best not to even think about that right now- just do it and let things happen as they do. By my birthday I WILL be back to that weight!!!!!
